MINK1 regulates the localization of the Pk-VANGL2 complex. HEK293T cells stably expressing HA-VANGL2 (A to D) were transfected with plasmids coding for Venus-PRICKLE1 (E to H), FLAG-MINK1 (I to L), or with both together (M to P). (A to D) VANGL2 is expressed at the plasma membrane. Coexpression with either Pk (E to H) or MINK1 (I to L) alone does not influence its cellular localization.
