Effects of drugs on the cytoskeleton of SVKCR2 cells. Cells were treated for 1 h with DMSO (A and D), 20 μM paclitaxel (B), 10 μM nocodazole (C), 5 μM latrunculin A (E), or 0.5 μM jasplakinolide (F) and then were fixed. Cells were then stained with antibody to α-tubulin and anti-mouse antibody coupled to Alexa Fluor 488 (A, B, and C) (green) or with phalloidin coupled to Alexa Fluor 546 (D, E, and F) (red).
