Extracted ion chromatograms of LC-MS analyses of unaltered urine from a single TB patient at 2 weeks and the same urine sample spiked with the INH-NAD⁺ adduct formed in vitro by Mn(III) activation of INH. No INH-NAD⁺ adducts were detected from the unaltered urine sample, and the 4-INN product in unaltered urine coelutes with that from the hydrolysis of the INH-NAD⁺ adduct in the spiked sample.
