Fluorescence of ICG, ICG-TBA salt, and ICG-micelles maintained in water at room temperature and 37 °C. All measurements are normalized to initial fluorescence emission of respective formulations at t=0. Samples were excited at 775 nm and emission was read at 815 nm. Triplicate samples were measured for each formulation.
