Cdc2 phosphorylation (Tyr¹⁵) in hypoxia. (A) Effect of hypoxia on cdc2 phosphorylation. To induce hypoxic conditions, MS-1 cells were incubated for the indicated times in a hypoxic chamber. The phosphorylation of cdc2 was analyzed with western blotting. The lower panel demonstrates equivalent loading of total cdc2 and actin in the whole cell lysates.
