CaSR-mediated β-catenin Ser-675 phosphorylation. NCMiCaR cells incubated without (−) or with (+) doxycycline (0.1 μg/ml) were challenged with 5 mm Ca²⁺ or 100 nm R-568 in a background of 1.4 mm Ca²⁺, lysed at the indicated times, and analyzed by Western blotting using rabbit antibodies against Ser(P)-675 (pSer675) and total β-catenin.
