Overexpression of β-catenin Y654F inhibits the hyperproliferation of human schwannoma cells. Cells were transfected with GFP-β-catenin-Y654F (Y654F) and empty vector (control), starved for 24 hours, and stimulated with GFM for another 24 hours and then stained with DAPI and Ki67.
