Effect of A. unedo and R. idaeus fruit extracts on cell viability after H₂O₂ insult SK-N-MC cells were treated with 1 mM H₂O₂ for 1.5 h after 1 h pre-conditioning with the fruit extracts. Assay was performed with 2.8 x 10⁵ cells/well as described in methods, and cell viability was determined using the CellTiter-Blue® Cell Viability Assay.
