TNF-α- and IL-1β-induced release of CCL20 by HOECs. HOEC monolayers (mixed donors; N = 3) were separately treated with TNF-α (10 ng/ml), IL-1β (10 ng/ml), TNF-α plus IL-1β (5 ng/ml each), or medium alone for the indicated time periods, and the levels of released CCL20 in the spent supernatants were determined by ELISA.
