PathScan MAPK multitarget sandwich ELISA. HOEC monolayers (mixed donors; N = 3) were treated with either TNF-α (10 ng/ml), IL-1β (10 ng/ml), hBD-2 (5 μg/ml), or hBD-3 (5 μg/ml) for 0, 30, or 60 min, respectively.
