Translation repression of rP20. (A) SatBaMV transcripts (0.5 µg) encoding GFP were pre-incubated on ice with WT, S11A or S11D rP20 at indicated molar ratio for 30 min, translated in a wheat-germ extract system with [35S]-Met, resolved on 12.5% SDS–PAGE and detected by autoradiography.
