Evaluation of various culture media for growth of CD34+ cells. To define the optimal media for expansion of CD34+ cells, mouse FP-BMCs were plated on LH/P MP-coated tissue culture plates containing various basal culture media supplemented with 4% FBS, antibiotics, and 1/2× cytokines.
