IGF-1R localization at points of cell-cell contact. hTCEpi cells were double-labeled with IGF-1Rβ (green) and DRAQ5 (nuclear counterstain, red) after culture in normal growth medium and in basal media for 24 hours. The presence of IGF-1R at cell-cell contacts were seen under both growth and growth factor depleted conditions (arrows).
