Inositol phosphate accumulation in HeLa cells transiently transfected with P2Y1 or with P2Y12/Gq/i. Cells transfected with pCDNA3 (empty vector) or P2Y1 or P2Y12/Gq/i were stimulated for 15 min with buffer (white bars) or 1 μm 2MeSADP (black bars) or 30 μm P24 alone (dotted bars) or with 1 μm 2MeSADP (gray bars).
