Coimmunoprecipitation of SK1 and PP2Ac. A, HEK293 cells were transfected with empty vector (EV), or vector encoding HA-tagged PP2Ac, in the presence or absence of FLAG-tagged SK1 plasmid. Cell lysates were immunoprecipitated with anti-FLAG antibody to capture SK1 and coimmunoprecipitated PP2Ac was detected by immunoblotting with anti-HA antibody (upper panel). The lower panel indicates the presence of equal amounts of immunoprecipitated SK1. B, lysates were prepared as in A, but immunoprecipitated with anti-HA antibody to capture PP2Ac, and the associated SK1 was detected by immunoblotting with anti-FLAG antibody (upper panel).
