Cytotoxicity of the expanded CTL against various tumor cell lines. CD8⁺ T cells stimulated with MVAp53 and restimulated for 2 sequential IVS with the human p53 peptide library were used as an effector cells in a standard 4-hr CRA. (a) Cytotoxic activity was assessed against SAOS-2 (osteosarcoma cell line, p53 null, and HLA-A2⁺) and SAOS–p53 (p53 transfected SAOS-2 cell line).
