Immunohistochemical staining of wild type (WT), AspGT (AGT) and Ropn1GT (RGT) trachea sections using rabbit polyclonal antibodies to ASP (upper panels) or ROPN1 (lower panels) shows DAB positive (brown) staining. Blue hematoxylin counter-stain stains nucleic acid-rich regions. Arrows point to cilia, where ASP is expressed in WT tissue, but ROPN1 is not. These (100X oil immersion) images are representative of three independent experiments on three unique sets of mice.
