BPA rapidly induced protein expression of both phosphorylated CREB (p-CREB) and phosphorylated RB (p-Rb) in GC-1 cells by activating the PKG and ERK pathways. (A) Western blot analysis of cells treated with 10^–9 M BPA for 5–90 min with or without pretreatment with PD98059 or PTX; GAPDH was used as internal control to ensure that equal amounts of protein were loaded in each lane. Data represent similar results from three independent experiments.
