Effect of eotaxin-1 on the MMP-3 gene expression in human chondrocytes. Primary human chondrocytes (A) and SW1353 chondrosarcoma cells (B) were incubated with various concentrations of Eotaxin-1 or IL-1β (1 ng/ml) for 6 h, and MMP-3 mRNA expression was detected by RT-PCR.
