(A) Responder αβ T cells (1 × 10⁶/well) from immunized TCR-δ^−/− mice were stimulated with immunizing antigen and APCs under nonpolarized conditions, with or without the addition of γδ T cells (2 × 10⁴/well, or 2%) for 2 days.
