Confocal imaging shows altered distribution of GSNO reductase in squamous-cell lung carcinoma cells. (A) GSNO reductase is localized in punctate cytoplasmic structures and in mitotic spindles in nonmalignant bronchoepithelial cells (CFBE41o).
