The CGM-GUIDE Interface. CGM-GUIDE allows for user-defined input of the threshold ranges, the hyper- and hypoglycemic limits, and the continuous overall net glycemic action (CONGA) “n” value. Glucose variability metrics [SD, MODD, CONGA(n), and mean amplitude of glycemic excursions (MAGE)] are calculated as described in Materials and Methods in conjunction with glycemic statistics (time spent within thresholds, time spent in hyperglycemic/hypoglycemic conditions, area under the curve, and mean glucose).
