After 30 min of bead pretreatment, Fluo-Beads were added at a final concentration of 5 × 10⁵ beads/ml to obtain a ratio of 2:1 and 1:1 to Beads-CPS, respectively. After 30 min of incubation, phagocytosis of Fluo-Beads was analyzed by FACS.
