A) The mean amplitude of sEPSC and mEPSC was not different in the axotomy groups of neurons with and without TNFα treatment. Tetrodotoxin application (0.5 μM) decreased sEPSC amplitude in both TNFα treated (n = 12, **P < 0.01) and non-treated (n = 18, ***P < 0.001) superficial dorsal horn neurons after axotomy.
