Analysis of the levels of histone H3 and its acetylation at K9 and K14 at the core promoters of ADH1 and PHO84 in the SGF29 deletion mutant and wild type strains. The wild type and SGF29 deletion mutant strains were grown and crosslinked as in Figure 4. Immunoprecipitations were performed using anti-histone H3 (Ab1791; Abcam) and anti-K9/14-diacetylated histone H3 (06–599, Upstate Biotechnology, Inc.) antibodies.
