A, in addition to its prominent nuclear localization (yellow arrowheads), hnRNP F is present in granular structures throughout the cytoplasm (white arrows). Primary mouse oligodendrocytes after 2 or 4 days in culture were stained with antibodies to hnRNP F and markers for oligodendrocyte precursor cells (NG2; 2 days in vitro) or more mature oligodendrocytes (MBP, PLP; 4 days in vitro).
