Activity of ITX 5061 and anti-CD81 antibody on wild-type and mutant Jc1-luc in vitro. Wild-type Jc1-luc (square), Jc1/N415D mutant virus (triangle), and Jc1/G451R mutant virus (circle) were inoculated onto Huh7.5.1 cells in the presence of ITX 5061 or anti-CD81 antibody and incubated for 3 days. Luciferase expression was assessed 3 days after infection.
