Additional mice were subjected to non-UO procedures, followed by 25 min of left renal ischemia and 6 h of reperfusion (C), or UO 2 d, followed by the same IR procedures (D). Codetection of β-actin was performed to assess equal loading. Protein bands were quantified, and the relative density of protein bands obtained from sham-operated WT mice was arbitrarily defined as 1.
