Absorption changes were fitted by single exponentials (solid and broken lines), and the ratio of the initial slope (light-adapted ASR/dark-adapted ASR) was 0.40:1. By taking into accounts of the contents of ASRAT and ASR13C in each state, the ratio between ASR13C-to-ASRAT and ASRAT-to-ASR13C was determined to be 0.77 (± 0.04).
