Inhibition of filamin-A expression sensitizes C8161 melanoma cells to bleomycin and cisplatin treatments in xenograft mouse model. The C8161-con cells were transfected with a control shRNA vector, and the C8161-KD cells were transfected with specific filamin-A shRNA expressing vector. These cells were inoculate to nude mice and then treated with bleomycin and cisplatin (see text for details). Shown are the tumor volumes after the initial inoculation.
