Characterization of IFN-γ immunoassay in 30 µm microwells created on a mixed silane layer and functionalized with neutravidin and biotin anti-IFN-γ. (A–B) Microwell arrays were challenged with 100 ng/mL (A) and 10 ng/mL (B) of recombinant IFN-γ, then stained with anti-IFN-γ-biotin and streptavidin-Alexa546. (C) Calibration plot of fluorescence intensity inside the microwells vs. IFN-γ concentration. The limit of IFN-γ detection inside the microwells was 1ng/ml (60 pM).
