KLF5 is expressed in the oviduct and periimplantation mouse uterus in a spatiotemporal fashion. Immunohistochemistry of KLF5 in WT tissues. Nuclear KLF5 staining is shown as dark-brown deposits on tissue sections counterstained with eosin. KLF5 is present in the epithelia of day 1 and day 4 uteri and oviducts. On days 5 and 8, KLF5 is also expressed in decidual cells.
