Comparison of the levels of serum immunoglobulin isotypes in Fut8+/+ and Fut8−/− mice. The sera from 2- and 12-week-old mice (three per group) are used in this experiment. The concentrations of immunoglobulin isotypes are measured by ELISA kit (Sigma).
