A snapshot for TUs in Refgene intron and intergenic region. The upper panel is a TU in an intron of the transmembrane protein gene, Tmem180, and lower panel is a TU adjacent to Sap130 gene. SAP130 is a subunit of the histone deacetylase-dependent SIN3A co-repressor complex which acts as a transcriptional repressor. The TU in plus and minus strands is shown as red and blue horizontal bars, respectively.
