Default parameters for parasite 1 are (ε = 0.84, θ = 0.66, α = 0.10, β = 0, γ = 0, μ = 0, R₁ = 4.80), while for parasite 2 they are (ε = 0.84, θ = 0.66, α = 0.045, β = 0.0002, γ = 0, μ = 0, R₂ = 4.26). With all rate parameters set at default values, the two parasites coexist stably.
