Suppression mediated by T cells generated in co-cultures ±IRX-2. Cells harvested from co-cultures on day 10 were added to CFSE-labeled autologous responder cells at different ratios as described in the “Materials and methods” section. A cell–dose-dependent suppression of RC proliferation by T cells generated ±IRX-2 is presented. T cells cultured in the presence of IRX-2 showed lower suppression of proliferation (*p < 0.05).
