Knockdown of Scribble expression induces cell competition in MDCK cells. (A–C) MDCK-pTR Scribble shRNA cells were fluorescently labeled with CMTPX dye (red) and mixed with normal MDCK cells at a ratio of 1:10, and cultured in the presence (A and B) or absence (C) of tetracycline for the indicated times. Cells were stained with SYTOX Blue to label dead cells.
