Th17 cells were generated in vitro using naïve T cells from WT and CNS2-deficient (hereafter referred to as KO in the figure) mice under two Th17 conditions. The expression of IL-17 and IL-17F was determined by intracellular staining. Th0 cells were used as a staining control. Statistical analysis of the intracellular data is shown on the right.
