CXCL12α (A) or CCL28 (B) were injected into dorsal air pouches in mice alone or in combination with HSV-2 SgG or PRV SgG. Cell migration into the air cavity was monitored. Cells were extracted and identified by flow cytometry with specific markers. The number of total leukocytes (top), lymphocytes (middle) and granulocyte cells (bottom graph) is represented.
