Multiple rapid swallowing (MRS) assessment. The analysis included variables assessed 'during' and 'after' MRS. Variables 'during' MRS were completeness of esophageal body (EB) inhibition and lower esophageal sphincter (LES) relaxation, whereas variables 'after' MRS were amplitude of contractions in the EB and LES tone immediately after the last MRS swallow.
