Inhibition of bladder cancer development by NAC-AITC. Bladder cancer was initiated in female F344 rats by orthotopic inoculation of bladder cancer AY-27 cells. Oral administration of NAC-AITC at 10 μmol/kg body wt once daily was started 1 day after cancer cell inoculation and ended 3 weeks later.
