GST pull-down assay among HCV Core, PKR, STAT3 and p-STAT3. In Replicon and Huh-7 cells, GST-Core 1-172 aa (A: lane 2) and GST-PKR 1-551 aa (A: lane 3) could bind with STAT3. GST-PKR (B: lane 3; D, E: lane 2) could bind with p-STAT3 but not the GST-Core.
