Adjudin competed with the binding of [³H]-adjudin to its antibody. While lonidamine shares structural similarities with adjudin, it generated a parallel but incomplete displacement curve. Both testosterone and estradiol-17β failed to compete with the binding of [³H]-adjudin to its antibody.
