Selection of oligoarginine length for conjugation to polyplex. Ac-R4, Ac-R6 and Ac-R8 were incubated with 2:1 N/P polyplex at different G/N ratios for 24 h. TNBSA was reacted with the samples and then absorbance at a wavelength of 335 nm was measured. Data are presented as a percentage of amines released compared with 2:1 N/P polyplex.
