Cell viability. Stably transfected Huh7.5 cells were treated for 6 h in OptiMEM before being replaced with Huh7.5 complete medium for an additional 42 h. MTT solution was added to the completed medium for an additional 4 h treatment. Then, the cells were dissolved in 1:24 1 N HCl:isopropanol solution, and cell viability was measured at a wavelength of 570 nm.
