Cells were plated at 1.5×10⁵ in serum-additioned medium in 24-well plates pre-coated with a recombinant fibronectin fragment (Retronectin) and incubated at 37°C in 5% CO2 for 30 min before measuring cell adhesion as described in Materials and Methods.
