Ultrastructural analysis of dense vesicles (DVs) in wortmannin-treated 16 DAF developing mung bean seeds. Developing mung bean cotyledons at 16 DAF were collected and treated with wortmannin then chemically fixed and embedded in Spurr’s resin for EM observations.
