The effects of irradiation dose delivered to stimulator cells at initiation of one-way MLR to cytotoxicity of stimulator target lymphoblasts by alloCTL. Stimulator cells were inactivated by exposure to a doses of irradiation ranging between 1700 to 2250 rads and then co-incubated with responder cells to generate alloCTL. Two weeks later, the cytolytic ability of the alloCTL preparations were tested using a ⁵¹Cr release assay at an E:T ratio of 30:1. Data are average of duplicate wells + SEM. *p < 0.005 by ANOVA pairwise comparisons.
