Real-time RT-PCR of NKCC1. mRNA abundance of NKCC1 from whole LG (left panel) of rabbits with IAD was significantly lower (P<0.05, indicated by *, same to all the following figures) than that of control rabbits, a 65.3% decrease. For LCM samples from rabbits with IAD (right panel), mRNA level was the highest in acini, and its abundance appeared to decreases as the ducts become bigger, with the lowest found in interlobar duct.
