For species with values based on collagen, both the reported values and values corrected to reflect muscle are reported respectively. ‘Lipids’ indicates if and how lipids were accounted for in the study (E = extracted, C = mathematically corrected, N: not accounted for), ‘Region’ denotes which focal area the prey are from and ‘N’ is sample size.
